Teresa Keller is the co-founder and Director of Breeding. She is a Breeder of Merit with the AKC and a long time breeder of Labrador Retrievers. She has been a member of the breeding committee for Support Dogs and has helped guide their breeding program into a efficient and progressive model. Teresa has opened her home and her heart to bring countless litters into her living room and go through the whelping process with the mommies and the crucial eight weeks of socialization with the pappies. This is dedication. Her experience in providing a safe and nurturing environment for the dam and puppies in the whelping box cannot be overstated and her knowledge of pedigrees will advance this organization light years from the very beginning. Careful planning of the litters will provide us with purpose-bred animals which will fulfill the roles of the dogs we have envisioned for our community. Socialization of assistance dogs begins the day they are born and is an on-going process. We are very fortunate to have someone with her heart and her experience to join us!
